Let's start with the bass units. These were modified in-house so there are no drop-in replacements I'm afraid, however, the cones themselves are in good shape so there is another possibility. It's possible to buy 're-edging kits' mine came from xxx. Simply (though carefully) removing the old and tattered foam edgings and then glueing on new ones. Visually, at least, the results look rather impressive...
